Great read! Sega has so many properties buried, but lacks the dev houses & money to do it. It seems like they outsource their IPs to other studios now besides Team Sonic. Usually they do a half hearted job though*cough* Gearbox. Imagine if Platinum Games took Altered Beast for a swing or Bioware on a new Phantasy Star experience?
I'd honestly prefer to see Sega's houses work it up, but srsly... the latest Sonic games have been hit and miss.
