1GHz Qualcomm MSM8655 (a chip similar to the one found in the G2, but 200MHz faster), 512MB of RAM, 1GB of ROM, and the screen is in the range of 3.7 to 4.1 inches.

soooo.... this is what PSP Go ultimately became.

PSP Has been dead for months. System sales are in the toilet and the fact Sony is still pushing the PSP Go even though the mass retailers, like Target and Wal*Mart dumped them on clearence, is just pathetic behaviour on Sony's part.

PSP Is a decent game system, but Sony screws with the blasted thing everytime they release a new firmware update. Most developers have dropped it like a paper sack full of day old dookie. Wal*Mart has marginalized the amount of space the games for it have in the display case to less than half of one display case, and even GameStop has moved the PSP game racks into the most obscure locations they have available on their sales floors. It's technically over with for PSP despite a few good games.

Vita has suffered this same fate of being marginalized by retailers, but at least didn't have crappy firmware updates that messed up your games and programs.
