I just episode 3 of that cartoon. That one sucks though because spidey got his ass whipped alot and his buddies resuced him. Bullshit he doesn't need rescuing why the hell not call Turok from that 360 game he could've taken care of that mother fucker in secs. If he can take on a t-rex with his knife then he can whoop some lizard ass with no problem. :curse:

With the jokes aside I thought it was ok but I pefer the movies themselves.

Sorry college is sure a bitch.

I saw Iron Man which was decent but, shouldv'e been better.

Hellboy 2 which is meh crap. I liked th first one better because it felt more like the comics.

Speed Racer was fuking awesome. I saw this one at the Imax.? \m/

Wanted is badass. I'm glad they bastardize the comic because I hate Mark Millar with a passion.?

As for Incredible hulk and Dark Knight, I'm probably gonna skip those because they don't really appeal to me.

All that's left is Punisher Warzone and Mutant Chronicles but, right now I'm sorta dissapointed this year with movies.

I thought Iron Man was good. I've never read the comics, but I felt it was pretty cool. I thought the ending with Fury was pretty sweet. It felt like the highlight of the movie for me.

I missed Speed Racer but still really wanna see it. I'm a huge Emile Hirsch fan and the visuals look simply amazing. The Wachowskis might be a bit fucked up, at least one of em anyway, but they can make some pretty cool looking shit.

I FINALLY got around to watching the first Hellboy the other day in preparation for the second one being in theaters. I wasn't expecting much because I always heard people say it wasn't that great, but I liked it. It wasn't a masterpiece, but it kept me interested throughout the movie.

I loved Wanted. From the start it was action packed and it never let up. The only thing I didn't like was SPOILER AHEAD

Angelina killing everyone including herself. That really pissed me off. I wasn't expecting it at all which threw me for a loop, but I thought it was kind of shitty. Plus I thought Freeman was gonna get away which also pissed me off but he got what he had coming which closed the movie well in my opinion.

I still haven't checked out Hulk. I still haven't even watched the first one yet, but as much as I don't think Norton will make a good Hulk, I still wanna check it out.

I don't see how The Dark Knight doesn't appeal to you. It's the greatest comic book movie of all time, no questions asked. Heath didn't play The Joker. Heath WAS The Joker. He was immersed into the role and made it his own. Nicholson doesn't have shit on Ledger's Joker. As much as I thought Heath would suck when I first heard he was cast as The Joker, he was the best choice they could have possibly made and it sucks that he won't ever be able to reprise his role as Joker. It truly is an amazing movie and completely lives up to all the hype around it. I seriously suggest you check it out. I've already seen it three times in the theater. Check that shit out son.

I'll probably skip Punisher because Jane isn't in it. When I found out he left the project, I lost all interest.

Dark night kicked so much ass, Heath was the best Joker ever, he makes Jack Nicholson look sane. Check out that movie. As for punisher I'll inevidably see it at some point.

Wanted was a good movie... on its own... it has NOTHING to do with the comic, which disapointed me because the comic is badass, they shouldve just named the movie something different because to relate it to the comic is ridiculous...

Dark Knight was sick, i liked Aaron Eckhart better than Heath as a villain, i dont know why i just felt like he was more badass...

Hellboy 2 was great, i liked it better than the first one and i like how they created this new story just for the movie, and it really played out well.

Now to spread the word on how awesome Wolverine and the X-men is:

The cartoon starts off when Wolverine decides to leave the mansion. However, just when he's about to leave, an Prof. X and Jean Grey suddenly blow up. The X-mansion and it's surroundings are in ruins. Without any leadership, the X-men are now disbanded and the mansion now in ruins. 1 year later Wolverine decides visit the old place to rekindle some memories of the place. After he leaves, there's an explosion that sets off near some part of town that traps a little girl in buring debree. Wolverine hesitates about rescuing the her at first, but then has a change of heart when he goes in to rescue the little girl. He is injured when the vehicle explodes and is trapped in the buring debree. The family then puts him in thier home so the mutant police won't take him. The little girl thanks Wolverine for rescuing her. Then the mutant police crash into thier house when some asshole tipped them off. They take the family in for aiding a mutant and now Wolverine feels responsible for this mess. He goes to Hank for help and they sneak into the building to rescue the family and other mutants in the cell. After a tearful goodbye to the family Wolverine and Hank decide to bring the X-men together once again.

Now, let me tell you that this show kicks fucking ass. The voice actors did a excellent job in this series. Most notable is Steve Blum (Spike Spiegel, Cowboy Bebop) who voices Wolverine did a perfect job on potraying this Canadian bad-ass. The animation is fantastic in this series. Of course I expected no less from the creators of X-men Evolution. The action so fucking awesome that it will give you ADD when watching this. I never seen such a cartoon so action packed in my life. I really think they did a good job on the music that makes it feel like it's movie quality. Everything is so awesome in this series I just wish every action packed cartoon would have the same quality.

Now sadly, unlike Wolverine and the X-men there are a few shows that aren't up to par when it comes to quality. Too name a few are Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes, The Batman, and Spectacular Spider-man. Here are the problems that I run into:

    Fantastic Four: WGH-

The animation looks too anime and too simple. The designs don't even look right on them at all and the coloring is too bright too. The action doesn't flow well at all. It's slow-paced and it get's sorta boring if you can believe that. The music is also a let-down. It basically plays soft-techno music and sub-par guitar solo which I don't really care for at all and doesn't help the action at all. The episodes are basically shit because they spend almost every episode inside their fucking home. It's just so damn boring because the show's progress is so slow and uninteresting. What a let-down this is, it only lasted one season.

    The Batman-

The footage at comic-con looked very promising even though it didn't show very much but I was excited nevertheless. Then the show came on and that's when shit hit the fan. The show is basically a Toy Commercial that's only 25 minutes long. The designs in this one look really horrible. They tried to make every character hip and extreme it just comes off as laughable and stupid. I mean seriously what the hell were the writers thinking when they made the penguin says "Cabolpot in da house!!". There's alot of stupid changes on the villians behalf like how they made some guy into Clayface by him breathing in Joker's putty dust that turns anything into clay. The series got better later but still I think they couldv'e done better with this show. This lasted only 5 seasons.

Polictical Correct Spider-man aka Spectacular Spider-man:

Like the title says it's too political incorrect on the diverse side they come off as cliche and sterotypical. I don't know what the hell Greg Weisman was thinking when he decided to make on character fom the comic that's hispanic and turn her into a white girl and her friend Liz Allen a white girl into a illegal alien hispaniac. I can't figure that out at all unless he was trying to shock us but, if that was indeed the case then that's the worst shocker i have seen in my entire life. Why the fucking hell did that dumbass switched those 2 races in the first place? What a fucking pointless change that is, I mean it didn't even serve on fucking purpose at all. The theme song is absolute shit it's basically some stupid mainstream punk-pop crap you here on the radio. The rest is okay execpt for that stupid guitar solo they play. The episodes are good but somehow I wish they cut the crap on the whinefest drama. The animation is too childish even for a kid's cartoon (even though he's trying too make it to attract older audience). It looks too weird for it's curvy animation and the non-pupil eyes. Why the hell couldn't they just put simple black spots on the eyes? Was it really that too hard for them to do? I also hate when Spider man get's his ass owned by b-list villians like Tombstone, Black cat, and Shocker. I mean if he manage to go toe to toe with A-list villians easily then why the fuck does he have problems with the lowlifes. I hate when they add pointless cameos of certain characters and scenes for the sake of fanservice. It's nice and all but what's the point in showing this if it's not going to have purpose. In the new X-men show those cameos actually have a real purpose for it. This show itself is good but, the pointless major changes kills the show itself. This show still is currently running but the the second season barley got greenlighted.

There are others coming out like Teen Iron Man, Marvel Hero Squad (Marvel Babies, Yeah I'm serious), and Brave and the Bold but I don't if I'm going to be interested in those shows.

Of course there is one show I'm excited about and is coming in 2011 is The Avengers: Earth's Mighty Heroes.

    Awesomeness!

Nice to hear the new X-Men series is getting some good feedback. Not much of a comic book fan myself, but I did find the original X-Men animated series from back in the 90's to be quite entertaining. Those other series sound terrible, I actually caught a couple of episodes of "The Batman" and was terribly unimpressed. Batman The Animated series and Batman Beyond both set such high standards for Batman cartoons that I guees no one in Hollywood was capable of creating something to equal or succeed the lineage.

ROTFL! Yeah your right about the Spectacular Spiderman. I don't get why Greg Weisman would change the characters ethencity like that. I guess it's pretty sad that he doesn't have any faith in his own writing that he has start kissing diverse ass to boost up the ratings.

Yeah Wolverine and the X-men is a pretty kick-ass. Too bad you Americans have to wait for a few months until you see it.

Yeah I saw that on Yahoo new when Tobey Macguire and Kristen Dunst reprise thier roles. Sam Ramini also reprise his role as the director once again. Rumor has it that Carnage, Lizard, and Black cat are gonna be in this movie nothing's too certain for now.

Now another cartoon I am gonna rant on is X-men: evolution. I never liked this too much because it fells like I'm watching an episode of Smallville. Too much dumb teen drama. Good potential but, the characters didn't really feel like themselves. It got better as the season went on but, got cancelled after season 4. Though I liked what they did with Wolverine though. Still not convinced watch this whole clip if you dare.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mePAv66e618

Tweeg, I love the 90s X-men. I like alot of marvel cartoons in the later 90's. I only thing I didn't like about it was wolverine getting his @ss kicked alot. I just hated how they despise my favorite character all the time in that series.
